Terms of Service
1. What Bids&More is
Bids&More is a marketplace that connects people who need a job done ("posters") with people who can do it ("providers"). We facilitate the introduction and a commission payment; we are not a party to the underlying job agreement between poster and provider.
2. Accounts
Posting a job or placing a quote with an email address creates an account for that email. You're responsible for keeping access to that email and, once set, your password.
3. Fees
Posting a job is free. When a quote is accepted, the poster pays a commission via Stripe to secure the job. The remainder of the quoted amount is agreed and settled directly between poster and provider.
4. Conduct
Don't post anything illegal, fraudulent, or abusive. Don't use the questions or messaging features to harass other users. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this.
5. Liability
We don't vet the quality or safety of work performed by providers. Disputes about the job itself are between poster and provider.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time.
