Replace brake pads and discs — Automotive

Been hearing a grinding, metal-on-metal kind of noise when braking for about a week or two now, definitely getting worse not better. Pretty sure it's the pads worn through at this point, wouldn't be surprised if the discs need doing too given how it sounds.
