Gutter clearing before winter — Cleaning

Gutters haven't been touched in at least 2 years, can see moss and what looks like a small plant actually growing out of one section from the ground. Want it sorted before the worst of the winter rain starts and it ends up overflowing down the side of the house again like last year.
