Replace a cracked window pane — Home & Repairs

Living room window, the big one facing the street. Crack runs diagonally about 14 inches, started as a small chip after a storm and it's slowly gotten longer. Double pane, not sure if the whole unit needs replacing or just the glass. Not urgent urgent but want it done before it gets properly cold.
