Leaky faucet in the kitchen — Home & Repairs

It's the mixer tap over the kitchen sink, dripping pretty much non-stop since last Tuesday, worse when the dishwasher's running at the same time for some reason. It's a Moen, probably 8 years old. Landlord's fine with me sorting it and taking it off next month's rent, just need a receipt.
